SPI is excited to be working in Tanzania! Under the expert leadership of Elgidus Ichumbaki and Noel Lwoga, Tanzania offers huge potential to save pasts and build futures with its many archeological wonders. We began in Kaole, a coastal site with over a thousand years of history and a fantastic local community. Our most recent project in Kilwa Kisiwani strives to preserve a site that dates back to the 8th Century AD through empowering local women and their new business.
